Specialized in narrative game development, Lumiere Entertainment has launched a myriad of narrative games. It is hard to add new systems to narrative games after launch. Not only does adding new features incur additional costs, but it also has a cascading effect on the existing scenarios. Therefore, Lumiere Entertainment had to maximize its profits by leveraging its existing paid products without additional development.

A simple message that reflects users’ preferences for a character can boost overall purchases. By leveraging the collected data to understand each user's preference for a character and sending a simple message reflecting this will generate extra revenue.
